New Label - Olio del Vichingo
We are delighted to share a piece of news that is especially close to our hearts: our extra virgin olive oil now has a new label and a new name:
Olio del Vichingo.
This change is a heartfelt tribute to my husband, David Moller Madsen, who has lovingly and tirelessly cared for our olive grove since 1998. His passion for olive growing was born during his very first visit to Friuli, when he fell in love not only with the land but also with the dream of producing an extra virgin olive oil of exceptional quality—a goal he continues to pursue with the same determination that defines him.
In 2016, we took an important step forward by acquiring our own mill, a choice that allowed us to oversee every stage of production with care and attention, from the olive grove to the bottle.
Every drop of our oil tells a story of dedication, tradition, and innovation -deeply rooted in our land and in the love we pour into everything we do.
