CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 18:30 pm to 22:00 pm (arrival time must be agreed in advance)
Check-out: by 10:00 am

Guests are kindly requested to inform us of their expected arrival time by phone, WhatsApp (Tel. +39 339 2284537) or email (info@susans.it), as we do not offer a 24-hour reception service.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Agriturismo All'Antica Scuderia del Castello.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 30% of the total stay or of the first night, depending on the length of stay, is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the stay.

PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Payments can be made in cash, debit or credit card.

EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of early departure, the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.

DAMAGES
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property and furnishings and may be charged accordingly.

INCLUDED SERVICES
Accommodation, breakfast, regular cleaning, bed linen and towel changes, utilities, and welcome toiletries are included. Any extra services are subject to an additional charge.

NON-SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. A cleaning fee will be charged in case of violation.

FINAL NOTES
In the unlikely event of overbooking, we reserve the right to offer an equivalent alternative solution or provide a full refund. No further compensation may be claimed.

For any disputes, the competent court is Udine.
