The reservation will be confirmed  and secured only after l’Antica Suderia del castello has sent the guest a written confirmation (per fax or e-mail) and  the guest has provided the agriturismo with a down payment, whose amount will be  30% of the total, or a credit card number, the details can be sent by fax 0039 0432 959115 ,or e mail info@susans.it.

The balance will be payed upon check in at the Agriturismo . Our reception times are limited. Please advise us of your estimated arrival time. Check-in later than 8 p.m. should be authorised by us in advance. We accept all major credit cards.
If for some reason you need to cancel your booking or in case of no show, the agriturismo is entitled to keep the down payment, or in case you gave  a credit card number, the agriturismo is entitled to charge the credit card  for the first night accommodation.
No refund will be provided in case of early departure. L’Antica Suderia del castello reserves the right of providing another Agriturismo of the same cathegory in case the reservation cannot be satisfied for  whatever reason. Should this second choice not be accepted, you will be entitled only to the refund of any given deposit.
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 1 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10.00 a.m. Any special arrival /departure time  can be arranged .
